Plans to return
I don’t remember reading about the entry fee ($130 per American citizen), but I certainly don’t mind paying to get into a foreign country. The plus is that it’s good for ten years. Not that I needed an excuse to come back, but this just makes it a no-brainer. I’m already dreaming of ice treks and climbing the Andes!
